The No. 94140 HAND CRIMPING TOOL is for use with insulated and non-insulated terminals and a broad range of terminals and connectors including Dead End Connectors and Crimp Sleeves (ELECTRO-FAST Products with the prefixes "BB", "SC", and "DC" with wire ranges fromm 22 AWG through 10 AWG). This tool also strips wire gauges 22 AWG throgh 10 AWG and can cut small machine screws 4-40 through 10-32.

One screw adjustment provides for easy calibration to compensate for die wear. The diamond shape crimp compresses all strands together to form a solid mass of copper assuring a low resistance connection.


Controlled cycle ratchet mechanism is a quality control device. Once a crimp is started, the tool will not open until the crimp is completed. A quick release lever allows tool to open at any time.
